Treasure Troves Poem by John Bannister Tabb

Treasure Troves

'What are you doing, Butterfly?'
Inquired the Honey Bee.
'You seem as fond of flowers as I,
And yet I do not see
What benefit you gain thereby.'
'Ah, gentle Sir,' said she,
'Be yours the profit they supply,
And mine the poetry.'
