Trailing Arbutus Poem by Alvin Nguyen

Trailing Arbutus

Walking alone with a gloomy blue hue
Til I met this pinkish white may flower.
See how this flower has grasp my heart,
I cannot go away and make us part.

It's aroma so sweet like honey dew
Brought all that's sweet and vanquish all that's sour.
It's petals, in full bloom, just kiss the ground,
Made all that is living watch with no sound.

As the sun and moon slowly dance their way,
The mayflower dies and it's soul set free.
But still that feeling did not go away
For it's presence is still here just in me.
