Totalitarian State Of Fragile Minds Poem by Jon Peter MIah

Totalitarian State Of Fragile Minds

Today's modern delirium has derived from all sections of social hierarchy
The glitch in the system is a crack that's is widening
Like a light that glimmers, from beneath the iron door.
Forever searching for life's meaning
The one thing that will never be attained
As we spiral to an inevitable ice age
We can only look ahead to the future

These are turbulent times
In which you have to read between the lines
The small print must be seen by all
One step to far and your curtain
for certain, will fall.

Let me take you on a trip
A journey through my mind
Think of all that's putrid, and a scourge to your kind
What is It that makes you tick
Its all we hate and makes us sick
Totalitarian state of fragile minds your all blind
Lets look in your closet and see what we find
A pin to burst your bubble
Sorry to have to do this
Reality isn't in your television
And ignorance isn't bliss
