Too Much Yet Not Enough Poem by Sandra Feldman

Too Much Yet Not Enough

Rating: 5.0

Poets!
We think too much
Write too much,
Reach for the impossible
Possibly,
Too much.
All we do,
Is too Much!
Except, love,
No one loves or has
Ever loved enough
Nor has love,
Ever been, too much.

True on both counts, Sandra. Poets and our excesses of thoughts, emotions, words. And love, the real kind, which is never enough or too much. I’ve just attended a 3 day convention on the theme “Love Never Fails.” It was real love in action. Such a boost of positivity. Thank you for your lovely poem.

A wonderful poem dear Sandra. No love in this world can be too much. Especially, when untold millions are dying through poverty and disease. We must address our fellow humans. In my mind, poets ought to have at least one poem addressing the world's woes. I know you have written of inequality in many of your great poems.

Your words thrill me. You see beyond the stars without the help of any man made instruments. But thru your wonderful and charitable feelings and the understanding of your beautiful soul. I agree, everyone should do more to help, not just promise clouds in the void. While pocketing the rain.Thank you, dear Jane
