I only wanted you to want me
I didn't want you to need me
Now you are suffering through the pain
And fighting through the tears
This isn't the side I wanted you to see

I was just messing with your head
Just screwing with your mind
I didn't want in your heart
Just in your bed

It was all a game
It was a seduction ploy
You let yourself fall too deep
And I am breaking your heart
It's not a show I enjoy

But I was just messing with your head
Only screwing with your mind
I never wanted in your heart
I needed in your bed
