Tolerance, Please Poem by Sandra Feldman

Tolerance, Please

Rating: 4.7

Each one is how they are,
Chemistry or who knows What?
Play inconsistent tricks.
Each candle
Has its wick
And burns differently.
Let's respect our differences
Compassionately,
Humanly, tolerantly.
Tying to understand one another,
Before accusing, blindly
And hopelessly.
We will go farther....

Amen. It seems ridiculous to even call the process; tolerance. As if any normal variation of our species is something to be weathered, not appreciated.
