If the hardest thing I do today
Is to encourage another
Then I will not get lazier
As life is doing for sister or brother
If the saddest thing I do today
Is cry a tear for you
Then I will not hesitate
If it helps to mend the blues
If the craziest thing I do today
Is to show you life’s worth living
Then I will be your funniest fool
As natures’ growth is all forgiving
