To Robin Steal Poem by Rayno Elroy Davids

To Robin Steal

the only canvas that my paints never laced
being framed by another artist
pardon me,
but around me,
when she's seen
i'ma be a thief.

Hope u got that good insurance too,
u know that,
its not about wot u've lost attitude.
Then live on an island marooned
where she my hostage and i'm being chased
like drinks at every bar
elevating intoxication to the state of my imagination

coz right now miss
ur name by this verse is being hailed
echoes setting sail,
via air and wave mail
throughout my mainframe
unaccounted for coz the canvas is missing,
miss,
may my heart be a songbird u hear crystal clear,
so that the appreciation may be revealed.

This' a letter still sealed,
undelivered-
coz the postman got mugged
just my luck,
sent u a love letter with my last buck,
which u never got to read,
so im climbing every mountain set before me
inorder to paint portraits u'd cop
then hang in ur house
this' my plan

to creep into ur head,
dont think its fair
but
that aint how im playing
im aiming to trap the wind (***k) chasing
when u hear my name,
i wanna trace the image of the smile on ur face
