To rise, you must first fall,
A prerequisite for life.
To answer, you must first hear the call,
Smooth sailing, has some strife.

To hear, you must first learn to listen,
There is no other way.
Take life in stride, no need to hasten,
Enjoy the sunrise everyday.

And when you have accomplished, this and more,
Rejoice, your'e one with all.
Your eyes will see better than before,
You've heard and answered the call.
