to be a poet delirious
is to write trivial serious
neurosis word fetish psychosis...
it is good to live
within nets of words
in a poet's world...
intelligence mania narcissism
hypochondria pathological witticism
enthusiasm excited writ spiel denies criticism...
subliminal input is marginal or critical
word flow is differential managed mystical
purpose driven mania pitiful to mastered exceptional...
poet's are players
word mirage slayers
rainbow pot of gold seekers...

Sometimes words shiver, one could as well dance them out. You do not often deem on control over words even though it's implied in some of your poems on creativity. This one would make a perfect example.

The implications and implied meanings are like fractionals, the implicit beauty in labyrinth pathways of possible thought. This poem I traced like stepping stones through specific juxtapositions of words to an exact certitude of desired meaning and effect. This poem is a good mantra to meditate on, the tone theme opened the desired doors for me and it was fun to walk the word images. Stating the obvious in clichés can rob the power of meaning, while the meaning of 'To Be A Poet' climes on so many subtle to depth levels, it was an exquisite delightful write for me. And yes I know many will speed read and get lost in rhythm, but for the few who read a few times to depth, should smile in an awakening :)
