Title Needed Poem by Jonathan Goldman a.k.a JGthepoet

Title Needed

Rating: 2.8

What are my thoughts, now tonight?
Will this poem come out right?
Will the words flow as I wish them to?
Will this poem be good for you?

I know not what the words will be,
I write them down hurriedly,
Words flow from pen on paper fine,
Dare I think onwards to the next rhyme?

Scarce are the times I change a word,
Only to make a rhyme seem good,
If when I finish it’ll be fine,
Like the bouquet of a good wine.

Why must I compare it to wine today?
Why not to beer or a load of hay?
Each was created by HIM On High,
Why do the words towards me fly?

Surely he sends them yet again,
Now a Title must hit my pen,
What will it be? Inspiration I seek,
Now, Tonight, not next week.
