Time Traveler Poem by Ryan Frenrey

Time Traveler

Rating: 5.0

I feel feelings people never feel
Things people never seen, things that used to be real
Look through these eyes
I’m told they show me nothing but lies

They see colors no one ever knew
Yellow mixed with green but the color isn't blue
They say I must have hit rewind
I’m seeing things back in time

History and the present appear to be seaming
Dinosaurs chasing me and I’m not dreaming
X-rays of my mind
Telling me I could be blind

Yet I’m seeing things only in your imagination
The extinct world of past’s creation
Every door to my life was closing
Yet I’m here, no longer cryonically frozen
