Time-2 Poem by viren dangwal

its been long
since i found anything
not even an ordinary coin
i used to find so many things
just leaping and jumping about

i travel a lot, go to so many places
must have passed thousands of people
in the last ten years but
havent found even a crushed newspaper
forgotten on a seat

i have lost a lot
for example a ten-rupee note last month
-it irks me still
was it someones swift alertness
that found
what i lost?

those who havent found anything for many days
should be cautious from now on
they are passing through a bad time.
