Throw Some Water On Me Wake Me Up Poem by Minister Peacefulpoet

Throw Some Water On Me Wake Me Up

Throw some water on me
Wake me up

Lightning struck
Now I'm stuck
Stuck on you
Like a rubber band
I stretch out
and snap back
I'm not fool'n
Its super gluing
Drowning in flower peddles
Your smile is my blessing
Your walk
Is my talk
Locked
In your room
I see you
There ain't no looking back
Don't know how
Don't know why
But I'll be there
Till I die
I'm telling the truth
I can't lie

It all happened on that day
You looked at me
I could not look away
Time froze
Oh no
My heart goes
How is this going to go
Knowbody knows
I imagine there will be a scrape and a scratch
A hook and a latch
I'm stuck
Attached

Want your freedom
Keeping myself far away
But everyday
I take a glance
Maybe there is a chance
You will friend me
Because I swear
You'll have no better friend
You'll see
I will never just simply agree
but tell you the truth that I see
There will be no judgments
That will never be
Showing my true colors
You'll see
It will always be okay with me
I'll carry this burdon
It won't break my back
I'll let you go
And let you come back

Throw some water on me
I won't wake up
I'll dream this dream
Until it's a fact
