Amazing what the world
can bring to you.
It's kind of funny
what love makes you do.

I used to think
I wouldn't be like that.
I wouldn't think about you all the time
wondering where you were at.

I promised myself
I wouldn't love again.
No matter how much I liked a guy
he would always be just a friend.

But now that my heart
has finallied learned to heal.
I know again about love,
and what it means to feel.

But this time I'll try
to keep my heart whole.
I'll make sure that won't happen again
This time I'll be more careful.
