This Tachycardia Poem by Genesis Bernaldez

This Tachycardia

Some madness within
Some joy to be laughing
Some love to enjoy
Some words will annoy
Though eyes say it all
Still can't read yours
If I were about to fall
Rather to someone whom I'm sure
Perfect is not spelled right
Stars are not always at night
Though rain may pour the land at might
Still there will always be light
One four and three
Hate you may the answer be
Or love you for me
My side that you will never see

Thought of this and that
There's no such thing as planned
All that will be left behind
Are things that we didn't mind
And my heart's beating faster
Insecurity's Stronger
All the bad that are left in me
I'll take all the bests you took from me
Life laughs with misery
Love plays with no identity
In this deadly heartache
Knife or cutter, either can take
This abnormal beat off my body
So anxiety will never be felt
Look at me, what do you see?
The tears on my eyes or the blood on my neck?
