Thinking Of A Poem
I choose the subjects on my own
may it resembles others
may it makes the writers frown
my writings have so many mothers
Some subjects are too common
already chosen by the greats
but writing a different way of forlorn
does it ask my uniqueness?
That's why I don't read much to sway
since it may pop up a subject some way
which I know is not good sign to be shown
but can't I grow it on my own?
So, I try to think & think & think
for every feasible link
love searching for rhythm
like a puzzled game
how would I know in the world somewhere
someone is thinking the same?
Since I am also struggling for subjects I know exactly how you feel, but even if they have the same tittle your rhyming no one can steal.

It is nice idea to choose subjects of one's own choice and also inking own opinion.Our views, our way of thinking is more or less reflected in our writings.But we should not stop writing on subjects just because hordes of other writings are there on that subject.We should be open to ideas put in by different writers of different genre, get clue from their writings and hone our skill.Human emotions are same.and so all writers write on common subject like love, hate, poverty, pain etc.We should study their approach and treatment of the subject.All writers are unique.We should read as much as we can.Thank you dear Anish for touching an interesting topic.

The good thinking is, we never know what others are thinking; so we just write what come to our mind!
