The Way Of Lıfe Poem by Heather Burns

Everyone has things they must
conceal
something they cannot reveal

self control is nothing new
this is what we learn to do
we want to run try to walk
find a friend with whom to talk

feel like crying instead smile
meditate on things worthwhile

wanting to go but instead we
stay
guess life's meant to be this
way

similar to the tortious and hare
the winner is sometimes the
slowest one there.
