The Truth Prevails Poem by Colonel Muhamad Khalid Khan

The Truth Prevails

Truth Prevails
This world is full of tricks and lies
One is unable to find the right path
Smiling faces have hidden cries
And face pain, torture and dirty wrath
Truth is but a symbol of all atrocities
Lie has taken over all satanic spirits
Loving relations are full of animosities
Apparently they portray their merits
Truth is like a cup of poison to take
To die and to become but ever green
Honesty plays a part for its own sake
Socrates is best example to be seen
