The Tome Of Solutions Poem by Michael Walkerjohn

The Tome Of Solutions

Confusion
that old philosophy
is simple, eternal, complete
of its treasure; existing, promised
existing into the darkness, belonging
to you… Your song, that shining tone is
hope prepared to go. Have you gone?
The blues relentlessly ring to the soul
awakening the life of another who
soars and roars; Oh, heaven do
let the earth go. The still within
the heart is paired with that
bard of the heart, one ever
so known throughout the
world; and over all. It is
somewhere there where
I come from; shadowy in
that place, where I belong
and on my fingers, upon my
hands are where the sky and
heaven's bells ring for me that
tone and its tune; forget the lost
reasons the blind reasoning the
kitchen's best seasonings and
call upon me, make my place
your hearth's place; the one
place where your life's fire
can peacefully burn… burn
in and of love; away from
that disgrace that burdens
your laughter, your smile
your taste, your physical
wiles… and upon that warm
hearth; you, and I will recreate
all of creation… beginning with
day one… the next rewrite to be
