The time I pledge my soul
To you, I cater greatly
To life's enormous luncheons
An massive dining halls.
The time I pledge my soul
To you, I learned to treasure
A piece of my reflection
And recuperating form.
The time I pledge my soul
To you, I found new meaning
In loving as well as living:
Human skin to the bones.
The time I pledge my soul
With you as the inner being
Has given me the recurring image
To move on.
