The Sun Poem by JOHN THE GIFTED HANDS

The Sun

Rating: 5.0

The sun shines brightly
more than the beams of light
It shines lightening up rough corners for us to see the sharp edges
It lights the path

It shines even when we fall
with our tiny shabby lives
It never fails to dry our tears and clothes

It shines keeping us warm
after the clouds of rain drops
giving us hope with beautiful
colours of the rainbow

If there was a chance it won't
stroll to bed
all our days would be bright and fair
And there will be no more darkness
