The Stand In Understand Poem by Bud Taylor

The Stand In Understand

Upon a bed of rock my brave Black Spruce
stands
Reaching to the sky the sunlight it
drinks

Of minerals & nutrients the soil it does
breathe
On dancing sunbeams a summer shower
sprinkles
Like integrity & hope beneathe my
feet

The Eureka Clubhouse a place to learn, grow &
wonder
When dawn softly calls us to see the stand in
understand
