The Sky Cries For The Lives Lost Poem by Joi Till

The Sky Cries For The Lives Lost

The sky cries for the lives lost

When it rains the skies opens up and let’s go all of its sadness.
It cries for the lives lost.

It cries for the moms, dads, uncles, aunts, cousins, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters, wife’s, husbands, and friends who died in the war…… a life lost.

It cries for our sons and daughters caught in gangs so deep there’s no reaching them…..a life lost.

It cries for our children looking for love in the wrong places…..a life lost.

The Sky sees the world every day. It sees all of the lives lost. It looks at GODs creations whom he gave free will. And the sky sees what they do to thank him.

They lose their lives. The sky cries for our children, it cries, for the war, it cries for the world.

It cries for the lives lost.
It cries for you.
