The Relay.....
i am taking this
run
two rounds
expecting a relay
and you watch me
so disappointed
as no one
no one is there
to take
the lamp i carry
for a continuing relay
and so i stop
and quit and pull myself
out of the line
sit there
on the ground away
from the crowd
laughing.
