The Railhead Shines Poem by David Boyce

The Railhead Shines

The railhead shines

The railhead shines so brightly,
As you look along the track,
The junctions ahead of you,
Shine and look like cracks.

The new signals shine so clear,
Now it's a fibre optic lens,
The signals are more prominent,
With the signal it now sends.

The winter sun is shining bright,
And seems to be quite low,
With no clouds in the clear skies,
It gives a nice blue glow.
