for all that died,
for all that fought,
to keep us safe.

to you we salute,
all that fought,
in every war,
everywhere.

never forgotten,
never lost,
never forget,
those people that fought.

as they pulled the trigger,
flew the plane,
or drove the tank.

for country,
for friends,
for family,
they fought.

always remembered,
always honoured,
and never forgotten.

and so i shall say,
to you i owe,
my life many times over,
so as long i shall live,
il never forget,
those people that fought.
