The Message Of The Grass Poem by John Bannister Tabb

The Message Of The Grass

Give me Thyself to see
In what is least to me:
That as I pass
Each blade of grass
That points above
May cry aloud, 'O Love,
The light is Thine alone,
The shadows all my own.'
