The Jewel I Need Poem by Victor Cruickshank

The Jewel I Need

Part of my life I've used to dream
I've tried my best to live like the stream
Moving forward, ever flowing
Though it feels like am just racing
My dream I was told is a fantasy
Others said it's a fallacy
I've got to pace if I have to race
I'll leave in Fall if I get a place
I'll go to school
Because education is a jewel.
