The Human Touch Poem by Sandra Feldman

The Human Touch

Rating: 5.0

You reach out,
Trying to create,
Trying to touch,
Other Souls.
You have tools,
Language rules,
Understanding,
Teaching kindness,
Not the blindness,
That is hate,
Only Love,
Makes you truly great.

That is amazing perfect rhythm, learning to love something you hate is truly hard but understanding it before choosing to hate makes room for love. Outstanding work I got a lot out of this, don't quit!

Beautiful poem, Sandra! The Human touch of understanding and compassion can be seen in a child's eyes as they are loved and cared for, on the face of an elderly person who is being helped with something they're no longer able to do for themselves. Through our kindness teaching others that our love for one another is what makes us great, thereby eliminating hate from the equation altogether. Really wonderful and inspiring poem in every way, made me think along the lines in your poem. Thank you for sharing it. RoseAnn
