The Great Gulp Poem by Loyd C Taylor Sr

The Great Gulp

The Great Gulp

The earth’s stomach growls,
The hungry ground opens mouth;
Swallows the living!

Note: Let us be thankful when we are spared, but not cocky or arrogant, for it very well may us the next time. No one is guaranteed a tomorrow. Also, let us always stop what we are doing and sat a prayer for the victims of any tragedy. Thank you, Loyd
