Remembrance of God may be in many ways:
The process of remembrance in the heart is jikir
Meditating god in the stations of the body
This jikir is called purifying the lataif/lotifa/
stations of the body:

jikir paves the way to take God the only shelter,
jikir paves the nearness of God,
jikir opens the door of ma'rifah/hidden knowledge,
jikir constructs fears of God(so you can save you)) ,
jikir is so benefiting that GOD almighty god remembers a jakeerin,
jikir gives a living strength to the kwalb/heart,
jikir is the food for heart and soul,
jikir removes the rusts from kwalb/heart and ruh/soul,
jikir removes faults follies and wrong doings from the characters of jakeerins,
jikir removes inattentiveness and laziness of jakeerins!

((lets do jikir to clean our heart to be insaan/human with heart and soul /i have read two books for the information:
