The Flaming Epitaph On A Butcher Of The 19th Century

A steady friend to truth, a heart sincere,
In dealing strictly just, in conscience clear,
Here Boorer lies, - Oh stone record his name,
Virtues like these may others boast the same,
When pitying sorrow drops a tender tear,
The last sad tribute to a friend sincere!
