The Fallen Soul Poem by Vishal Wadhwa

The Fallen Soul

A tiny speck in the universe,

It transcends barriers uncountable and comes to life

It takes control of everything but nothing,

The truth he may never realize.

Whenever there is a fall, there is remorse

But it has learnt to unlearn.

Through lessons infinite, to help the fallen

The Supreme finds himself powerless, the efforts worthless.

It goes on creating its own world, winning battles never meant to be won.

A mirage so tempting, it blurs reality,

The only hope for the fallen soul lies within,

It has to find an end,

Because mirages don’t exude happiness,

Late, but never too late it may realize.
