The Empty Darkness Poem by Paul Warren

The Empty Darkness

Rating: 5.0

I don't sleep any more
I doze just thinking about the score
There is the nightmare at first
Where I see the worst
Of things I see in the past
That seem to last and last
The darkness is so empty
When there should be rest a plenty.
