The Dreamless Sleep Poem by Franklin J. Warren

The Dreamless Sleep

When that deep and dreamless sleep,
Comes to me i shall not weep,
i shall rejoice as it comes to me,
Knowing another day i'll never see!

i shall be done with this worthless world,
And leave the rest in their fetal curl,
From which they cannot unwind,
They cannot see, they are blind!

They live, they exist,
in an eternal mist,
An ocean they do not see,
Of immaturity!
