There are people
In this world
Who have at times
Thought of only themselves.
They have not tried
To think of the pain
That others might be feeling
And whether they will get over it.
They feel they must try
Again and again
To talk to those in pain
And to get them to answer their questions.
They go through their lives
Never knowing
And never understanding
The difficulty of explaining.
