? The Dark Night Of The Soul
When all our dreams are shattered and all our hopes are lost...
Our shady trees uprooted..our crops all turned to dust..
What keeps a Lover waiting, when their love is all in vain,
Or keeps the farmer planting when there's little hope of rain...?
... What is this candle in the dark..?
This whisper in the silence..
That keeps us strong when hope is gone..
Renewing hope afresh with each new dawn.
