The Countryside Poem by Raghurama Raju

The Countryside

Rating: 5.0

Dewdrops glittering on the blades of grass
Drowsy insects hanging from fragrant flowers
Butterflies painting the air in a zigzag way
Snaky paths meandering through green meadows
Trees curiously gazing the wavy waters beneath
Gentle breeze whispering to the tender leaves
Melodious water passing over pebbles
Birds praising Nature's beauty in a charming song
Rustic boys shouting at the unruly herds
Countryside has so much to feast your soul!

The beauty and serenity of rural fresh ecology is aptly captured in the poem. Beautiful rendition of word to utmost justice. Thanks for sharing Raghurama. Please read my poem CHILDREN OF CRUEL FATE.
