The Coming Of Spring Poem by Rachel Mac

The Coming Of Spring

The sun's strong light,
Banishes the snow from everyone's sight.
Bright green grass show's it's face,
Now it's back in its spring place.

Green leaves now fill trees,
The cold has nothing left to seize.
Tree's flowers blossom high,
Almost high enough to touch the sky.

Spring birds fly around,
Never daring to touch the ground.
Warm weather is here to shout,
"Spring's here, without a doubt! "
