It was once silent,
Nobody was ever absent,
No feelings of abandonment,
The warm spirit was filled with embracement.
Blue like the skies was the carpets,
Silver as the moon was the offering basket,
Brown and narrow was the back street,
Shiny and maroon was the church's violets.
Red as the roses was the curtains,
White like an angel's garment was the wall,
Alive and welcoming were the committee's joins,
Happy and delighted were all.
