The chimps' latest zany tea party
Involved the reading of 'poetry'.
Most of it was, to speak quite frankly,
Utter gobbledygook! The chimpanzees,
Nevertheless, in their state of profound
Ignorance, seemed to enjoy it immensely.
O they made such crude, cacophonous sounds;
That bore no resemblance to poetry!
