The Case Of Mr. Bayron Poem by RIC BASTASA

The Case Of Mr. Bayron

last night
you looked to the dark sky
searching for stars
that never came

you hear the roar of the
waves from the sea
there is no fear
for what happens ordinarily

Bayron was shot dead
and the village is not shocked
anymore

the doctor said he was
dead on arrival.
