some unbelievable love story
is running on the screens
of our home cable

all the members of all the ages
postponing their regular routines
are nailed to the actions
and are absorbed so deeply

for two and half hours
while the cinema was on
our home was so lovingly calm

free of murmurs and argument
echoing complaints and undercurrents
except, the noisy sound tracks
of the false story sequences
dreamily uniting the warring home groups

I thank that producer for his excellent piece
providing us at least some cease-fire and peace
