The Boy And The Seasons Poem by yellowbell alamanda

The Boy And The Seasons

There was a boy I knew
I've seen him
that noon of late summer
I was playing a jumping rope
with friends from neighborhood.

We've been to school together
In everyday we became more closer
until we didn't notice
friendships grew
I thought we could make it longer
till' we get older.

But that's the boy I knew
before the rainy season
that's the boy I knew
under the rain he was a bike rider
the boy I knew
I don't know where he is now,
don't know where he is now.

There's so many summers that passed by
A flooding rain has been poured
when I looked up to the sky
I think of him and wondering why.

Because the boy I knew
I love those seasons
without the boy I knew
those seasons made me cry
it made me cry...

The boy I knew
where are you now
bring back the seasons I loved.
