The Awakening Poem by kabagambe moses

The Awakening

Youth realized their eyes could talk,

Within their crushed- suppressed souls

Was a calling.

Their hearts began to care,

Their dreams began to walk,

And for the first time

Heaven smiled to earth.

The rich were within reach,

Poverty lost its integrity,

Sickness became scarce,

The earth began to heal,

The Lord began to win.

God opened HIS gates

Allowing angels into man.

Lucifa lucked around

Sawing divisive seeds,

To his charms they were immune.

Today....

The prophecy's nearly fulfilled,

Sinners and saints we unite

For the same moon we see,

Africa has shed her skin,

Together we begin the beginning.
