The Average Healthy Man

To be healthy several points man must see
Early to bed and early to rise in habits,
Taking good food, pure water, being in good environment;
Then need sleeping at night and day rest;

Another three points man must need to be healthy are general
To be practical and not to be emotional,
Free from greed, envy, enmity, wrath, hatred;
Finally, without religion none is complete.
