The Apocalyptic Visions! Poem by Rajendran Muthiah

The young girls are raped
and to brothels kidnapped.
The criminals traffick in the girls
who trawl to have education of the earls
or to taste in English Medium waltz.
The educationists are in a whirl
about the subjects to teach in schools.
The extremists of some cult cause fear
to parents who their daughters with care rear.
To save the honour of their female wards
the parents force them to marry unwanted lords.
Unhappy life the teen-agers wed
and being enslaved in the dens tears shed.
To get relief from the eternal strife
the girls want to start a new life.
They cry for new mum and dad
who will help them across the dirt to wade.

I had apocalyptic visions
about the furious Nature's missions,
to wreak vengeance on the goons,
have chosen North Africa, their honeymoons.
