Tell Me- Poem by MAHTAB BANGALEE

Tell Me-

Rating: 4.8

They say, " You are a Satan, devilish minded human! "
They say, " We do not like you and your wisdom out of the Holy Books! "
They say, " We do not like you, cause- you are the hater of Patriotism and Martyr for Religion! "

I'm smiling with a flower garden; with roses
some butterflies are flying before my smiling
I smell the good fragrance of their true complainant
the birds of my freedom mind teach me flying

Because- I acknowledge their complainants and nod
it's true, though I have a belief on only one God
and I love patriotism without any destruction
on the humanism I love philanthropic religion

I say
Yes, it's a good title for me
I'm the cursed Satan, absolutely!
My ink of wisdom greets the devilish sense
Because- I don't like the prevalent patriotism and religion bench!

For the so-called patriotic title-
There die, Lac of innocent peoples, every year
and the politician lives with happy drinking in the same secret beauty parlor
after the so-called patriotic wars
the politician comes to martyrs family with crocodile tears

For the so-called religious title-
I know the principles of all holy Books are same
I find there are some differences in faith by name
The businessman of religion for their comfortable religious business
Make some shrewd learned flatterers, to preach on the name of God press!
They create the theology and instigate the incomprehensible devotee
To hate other creeds; on the name of the crusade, they fix the heaven ticket free!

Tell me, tell me o' dear all
how can I support your goal
on the so-called patriotic war;
on the namesake religion counter!

A very wise argument for the case of an independent mind, free from dogmatic doctrines of wise and religious pretenders.10+
