Tears Poem by Dorsey Baker

Tears

walking upon the roof
in the rain
can't drown your tears
they'll still be there
when you come down
they'll still be there
when you come down
and the loneliness
will still be around
the tears keep coming
just like the rain
and so does the pain
with their salty burn
tears will flood your eyes
when the flame of true love dies
the heart becomes sad
and lonely tears it cries!
